Geraldton furnished & serviced apartments offer executive extended stay accommodation for the public, corporates, as well as relocation services.

Our studio, 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments are available on weekly rates for up to stays up to 3 months with optional extension (we reserve the right to relocate our guests in the event of extension to identical or superior apartments within the estate).

Our guest’s stay will be based on a licence agreement subject to the following general terms and conditions:

  1. Rental will have to be paid 4 weeks in advance.
  2. The rental is inclusive of water, wi-fi service and reasonable electricity usage.
  3. Change of linen and towels or cleaning services are available for an additional charge if required.
  4. Residents must comply with the by-laws of the Estate Strata Plan and onsite management.
  5. Residents have the right of usage of the estate recreational facilities.
  6. The number and details of residents have to be registered prior to arrival and will be subject to the maximum occupancy of the specific apartment.
  7. A security deposit of 2 weeks will be made prior to commencement of the licence and will be released to the resident only following a final inspection upon departure.
  8. Cleaning fee will be charged on departure ($100 per studio/1 bedroom, $150 per 2 bedroom apartment, $200 for 3 bedroom townhouse). Any additional cleaning fees or damage will be deducted from the resident’s security deposit.
  9. In case of failure of the tenant to uphold a reasonable standard of behaviour or any of their obligations, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation license.
  10. Any request for flexible bedding or additional equipment must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
  11. Our weekly rates are inclusive of GST.
